European low cost futures datafeeds

I am trying the neoticker 30 day trial with Interactive Brokers feed. What time does the IB system go down in the middle of the night? Does anybody know of a timer and macr program that could log back on after the IB close down to collect Globex data?

Prorealtime seemed to be specifically for french markets. I have found a program on download.com called hotkey master 1.7. It is a macro like recorder which will run programs and enter passwords at a certain time. I hope it will log me onto IB TWS and run neoticker or sierrachart at 00:30am EST when the IB system comes back up. Therefore allowing me to sleep in and still see some globex trading!
