Equivalent to 1 ES/NQ contract.

You probably want to trade 2 or 3 mini dax futures then.
Eurex commissions are much cheaper than CME.
Mini DAX notional is 60K EURO per contract.

The large DAX contract is the same as 2 NQ or ES contracts. Maybe even the same as 3 ES lots if you consider its daily range. It is the cheapest to trade commission wise. Large DAX notional is 300K EURO per contract

Can someone enumerate the available index futures for the European indices ?
It would be great to get a handle on the name of the exact exchange and the symbol for the contract.

You meant to say "exchange fees", correct ?
And then one wonders "why" the CME fees are higher ? I mean given their fantastic volume....they should be cheaper IMHO.
