Are the European Futures markets popular to trade and if so which are the most popular? Is it just the Eurex indices and interest rates products or do people trade FTSE, CAC also?

i like Eurex products :FGBL (EURO BUND ) ,dax(German index) and fesx (di euro stocks ).
fesx and ES (emini s&p 500 ) has a lot of co relation.dax margin and point value is high ,FGBL is good both in terms of margin and enough liquidity.i 'd rather fgbl more than it's US counterpart.

I would like to trade FTSE futures but now level 1 is not provided and level 2 sub costs about 80-90 USD. Is there some way round this. Thanks
