They reject modern medicine as well and refuse to treat illnesses. Shouldn't you Cons be personally attacking them as well?

You didn't address any of my points, why are Cons so obsessed with trans now? Because there is no one else left to bully - they still bully racial minorities and gays but openly bullying trans is free pass since they have no political power.
If we were persecuting a Christian minority the way this "Fortune Teller" addresses others he'd be crying about how unfair it all is. What his tiny mind cannot comprehend is he doesn't get to choose what is "normal" on this planet. What we can do is penalize those who insist on persecuting others for unfair and dangerous reasons. Because what history has taught us ( even very recent history ) is that this kind of overt hatred and racism often ends up in violence and sometimes genocide.
There are already dozens of cases of Americans acting on this kind of hatred. So it's not a benign situation. Important not to underestimate how dumb some of these people are.
