In Mekka there's a permanent tent camp, to accomodate 20 mln people. These tents are fully equiped with airco, kitchen and sanitation. How many refugees find shelter there? ZERO!

Meantime 200 refugees found shelter in an old sportscentre in Germany next to a school. Since then Germans entering the school premises have to comply with Sharia law to not offend the refugees.

Indeed, its seems that the EU should have bounced Greece in the summer and build strong boarder controls around its boarder there. Used the money instead to beef up the EU navy in the Med. Just return the immigrants back to their origin of departure like Australia.

EU now, with the heavy split between East West and North South..it will never work from here. Original EU members will start to realize the East is a drag on them. Spain and Portugal will come up again for bail outs and will be refused this time. Italy will need to get its financial house in order pretty quickly or they will bounce.

Seems that Trump politics timing pretty spot on. We may have to build higher walls on our boarder with Mexico as well

I don't doubt that it is a refugee crisis. Can you explain why the rich gulf states have taken in ZERO refugees? Can you explain why the wealth Saudi's are not lifting a finger to help?

I think you put your finger on the answer by including the word "wealthy". The explanation goes to class. Years ago I linked to an article which described the three worlds of Islam, I'll try to find it.

Apparently this is the biggest refugee crisis since WWII. Europe's still here.

So I take this as your admission that the Saudi's have taken in ZERO refugees. A number that is agreed upon by all the major refugee organizations and the U.N.

I never believe "none" or "all" or "every", etc., in anything to do with human affairs.

Going back for a second, I wonder how far Hitler would have gone, if WWII would have been markedly different, if effective anti-semitic hate speech laws had been extant and enforced. I believe Germany is quite strict to this day re anti-semitic speech.
