Despite the fact that the U.S. now is not the most calm and favorable circumstances, I am still more confident in the U.S. dollar, because in the U.S. before there were quite a lot of difficult situations, and yet this country always copes with them, and during crises, the dollar always holds its strong position. In my opinion, this is enough to choose this asset as an optimal solution for long-term investments.
Plus, the dollar always correlates strongly with gold, and you can always compensate for the drawdown of the asset quickly enough. So yes, I am definitely for the dollar. I do not have much confidence in the euro. Although this asset is still in the market. But I think it's temporary.
