Euro FX is the futures version of EUR/USD. EUR/USD represents the cash cross-rate between the currencies. Euro FX are futures contracts traded at CME/Globex, usually trading at a premium of 10-15 pips from the cross-rate. Some charting packages use EUR/USD to notate Euro FX futures however, so it can be confusing. Hours are not entirely the same (futures are closed for an hour here and there while cash forex is still trading), but they're pretty close.
