It's not coming... The Germans don't want rampant free-riding and they think they're gonna get it with these Eurobonds.
How many billions did they pump into Eastern Germany after the unification...
How many billions did the pump into the perifery trough subsidies long before the Euro ever existed...
Wasnt Germany's supreme court going to stop the bail out of Greece...
And then Ireland got into trouble...
Wasnt the ECB never going to buy government bonds?
Wasnt the Eurozone's debt level and deficit limited to 60% and 3%?
Watch what they do not what they say.
I'd say don't rule out Euro bonds and if it does you can expect yourself to leaked snipets of Merkel treatening to leave the Euro if countries don't subscribe themselves to the new rules implemented along with the Euro bond launch.
