I didn't know it was more difficult to change the tick size on a deliverable contract.

My thought here is that it didn't cause a delay when they made it 1/2 tick which must have been affected by being deliverable and they certainly gave themselves plenty of time to revert to the full tick.Since they have gone underground and refuse to give anyone an explanation we can only assume there is more going on here...
