EUR/USD

I posted to revive areas that I enjoy discussing.

Not seeking OP approval or backhanded congrats.

Of course this is the internet and skeptics/charlatan's thrive in this kind of environment. No matter what or when something was posted there will always be someone to call "bullsh*t".

Anyway, I hope to get discussion going in the forex area going again.

Well, if you really want to discuss, do you believe Greek bond prices are going to determine whether we get another recession or not? I just saw an interview with Ken Fisher saying the Greek situation wasn't that bad (of course, I saw that right after I posted a message in the economics forum that everyone should sell, hehe).
 
I think that the Greek situation exclusively is not that bad....depending on your definition of *bad* -- their attempt to sell bonds today was for shit!! as I stated earlier that it would

We have the problem of the other EU members tumbling over....

We still have Italy, Spain, Portugal....

Not to mention the horrible bad bank data we got earlier....

We will definitely see 1.29 print next month

Any short squeeze attempts are safe to short IMO
 
Shorted the Euro made a nice little profit for a college kid. viz.

Could made some more if I held on longer but I try to get profits not emotions. Market seems kind of flat for now so Im gonna take a step back check out the news and position for tomorrow.
 
I waded through some heat in EURUSD and GBPUSD, IMHO neither the EUR or GBP has had a meaningful retracement. I guess now is the time.

Continuing to plan the trade and trade the plan.

Yeah, it is more meaningful, if posting positions, to do it at the time of entry allowing for maybe just some seconds, and really meaningless if allowing for some days LOL.
