I know today is the ES rollover day ... traders will move to ES U6.
Rollover for ES is always 2nd Thursday before expiration day month.

I am new to currencies product and I only started to look at EUR M6 the last 5 days. When is the rollover day for IMM Futurres currencies product?

I'd pull up market data lines for both the old and the new contract. Switch to the new contract as soon as it has larger volume / smaller spread!
 
I would have thought traders will rollover to next contract month ... one week before June 19 last trading day.
In any case, as you had suggested, I'll just monitor for volume shifts. Thank you.
