On 3 hours charts someone is painting tape, every last few minutes of 3 hours interval someone is try to bid up price. I am looking on this about 2 or 3 weeks. Don´t know who, probably ECB or asia helps bankrupt Europe :p

You do realize that one time zone's 3 hour chart is going to be different than another's...

As well, do you have any idea how much money it takes to move the FX market significantly?
 
A freakin' zillion dollars ... maybe two zillion. Are you joking? Even the Fed can't peg exchange rates for very long without other central banks lending a hand.

Albeit probably noone giving a sht about the op's 3 hour candles, its not impossible. The SNB does it in a quite convincing fashion.
