Eur/Usd, Gbp/Usd and Gold trading

I am short aex cfd's from 431.90 hoping to catch 7.60 points, there was an descending hourly triangle at the top that caught my attention at a daily inside level. So far it's slowly going my way ...
 
took that profit the day before yesterday at 424.25 but foregot to post it.
now looking at a triangle on the 4H chart in silver, I will be playing the breakout on the hourly chart.
