are there any prop firms in Holland ?

In short: Do you need a DNB/AFM licence for it? If that's the case, it's not doable without serious funding.
Are you going to make a trading floor and go with a prop firm?
If that is the case, you do not need a license, the prop firm has one.

If you are going to attract other people in to it, with your trading floor and come out as a solution to trade, then you do need a license.

What I want to do, is employ people and train them to trade. (I know it will be a low succes rate)
