They just changed thier funds usage policy. Used to be you could xfer in $ from an outside bank using quick xfer, and use the funds immediately to trade.
Now they have a 5 day hold on such funds.
Big difference.
Either they were getting burned by scammers (don't ask), or they want all your money close to home, and this will discourage rate shopping for idle funds.
