ETF on OIL ???

saw some news about this new product
awaiting approval to trade on the amex
symbol "USO" ?

anyone have info on who is behind it ?

this will be interesting ... some folks have been claiming that the upcoming silver ETF (?)
will mark a short term top (?) in the silver market

so it will be interesting to see if this new ETF that tracks Crude OIL will have any impact on
the recent move up in oil prices sentiment wise
or otherwise funny that nobody is saying that
this ETF will remove product from the market
like the gold ETF and possible silver ETF have or will do ... perhaps I need to read the prospectus
on it ...
