The Issue has still not been addressed. The SAME FIRM that issues ETFS also makes their ETF option market, I'm sorry but is English your third language as well?
the fund manager (ie. ishares) issues etfs. market makers (ie. sig) make markets; they can also create/redeem but not issue. as previously pointed out, options MM doesnt matter
