When comparing the two budgets, rational people will keep in mind Obama was handed a economy running on years of deficit spending, a collapsing economy and 2 Failed escalating Wars with the war proponents asking for more resources. Bush on the other hand had a budget surplus and a slowing economy to work with.
Even a monkey sitting in the zoo watching glenn beck would admit the above as true.

Bush and his neocon gang left Obama with a Trillion plus deficit, 2 full fledged wars and a economy on the verge of collapse.
Given he has managed to CUT TAXES and get the employment numbers up in such a short time, I'd say he's doing a pretty damn good job barely 1 year into his term. And as the polls show, most real Americans agree with me.

Poll: Obama Approval Hits New High - 66%
Mr. Obama's overall approval rating, meanwhile, has hit a new high of 66 percent, up from 64 percent last month. His disapproval rating stands at 24 percent. Nearly all Democrats and most independents approve of the way the president is handling his job, while only 31 percent of Republicans approve.
I suspect that's about as close to the maximum approval he can go.
