Probably was not legal advice, since the courts took away Mr. Clinton's law liscense. !!

However since FOX news & CBN news are ''fair & balanced'';
I should note some one gave '' EXTRA'' $3.5 million USD to the US Treasury, past 10 years or so,to help balance budget.
