It was 377OHMS who posted that he was from Calgary. I revealed nothing about the OP or anyone else to 377OHMS. Nothing at all. I know you're desperate to find something on me, but your desperation will have to hold on just a bit more. So whine elsewhere.
If I had to guess, and maybe 377OHMS can tell us why he said Calgary, that - if someone was to be in the energy industry in Canada - it would be in Calgary.
You have revealed personal information, in a thread based on your review of IP addresses, something that is private on this site...
There was a snafu (supposedly) once and the IP's were listed for each poster...
So the information is available, could be shown to everyone...but it is kept private.
Since we know you look at IP addresses to see where they are, and if someone claimed so and so was in some place, and since you are only about the truth (LOL!!!) you could have said, "No, he is not in Calgary, or at least his IP address isn't."
So if someone knows, and then knows of a false claim and says nothing....

I revealed no personal information on anyone - unless they first said so themselves (to confirm).
I look at IP addresses all the time. Just two minutes ago, I confirmed that the same spammer (from the Philippines, who has been spamming here day after day) was again logging on to spam the stocks forum. Once confirmed, I was able to act on his posts. Looking at IPs and their locations is part of my job, and there is no stipulation on when I am allowed to look at them. Don't like it?
