ET Crank Test

Quote from marketsurfer:

Can the practitioners of the pseudo science known as Technical Analysis be considered cranks?

How about practitioners of the pseudo science known as Price Drivers?

Quote from kut2k2:

Whether or not this true, the quantum mechanicists never claimed that SR and GR were somehow invalid.

They didn't throw the baby out with the bath water, but it was proven that the speed of light (the 'c' term in the famous equation) is not constant throughout the universe, and Einstein did not acknowledge such until they proved it as variable...otherwise he would've called it a local speed of light, specific to the point in space-time where an analysis was being done. But I digress.

Let's cut to the chase...Cranks and charlatans avoid extraordinary evidence like the plague.

Jack avoids extraordinary evidence like the plague.

Do the math.

Well said. I was picking apart that weak article referenced earlier as ammo for attacking cranks in a generic sense...off-point. If Jack's as erratic and inconsistent as you state, he's creating a false wall for new traders to think they should climb & look out from.
