ESTX50 Options Margin

With my IB account under the ticker ESTX50 I can select futures and then "options"

Are the option index options and therefore not margin efficient to hedge the underlying future as part of a long gamma delta neutral hedging strategy?

Or are they future options and can be used to hedge futures position

I would be greatful for any help
