In future why don't you just double click your clock on the bottom right of your screen and click the time zone tab. Or search in google, your answer could be found in less than 30 secs.
As for your other questions, no problem there.
Sorry to have caused you so much trouble. I was already writing the other part of the question and I did not know what time zone the EUREX exchange was on so I didn't think it would be too difficult for someone to add that information into their answer.
