Establishing a connection w/ the NYSE

I'm looking to purchase a datafeed from NYSE, however basically the process is I have to hire a company to establish a connection w/ the data feed.

I have called several companies and they don't send the data over the internet. I would prefer the internet as latency is not an issue for me. Does anyone have any suggestion on a company that I should go through?

I have developed a connection from my app to the CQS/CTS feed from the NYSE/Arca. In this case the feed was ‘broadcasted’ into a subnet – so it couldn’t be send over the internet. We are planning to build an interface to offer trader a direct access to the CQS/CTS and the order-system.

I'm not really sure what that means. Basically I want this data feed as cheap as possible, but I would still like it. I would prefer to have it via the internet, however if that is not a possibility I would set up a server somewhere and get the data via that way.
