I use the Esignal's NYSE open book and it's still on the 5 second delay before refreshing.

That's the quality of eSignal.
At least they didn't wimp out and delete your account because they couldn't handle a little criticism from a single ET member.
eSignal has never impressed me. They make excueses, not fixes.
For me, I criticised them on ET, and they deleted my account, it was a quick fix for them, yet they haven't yet thought of the reprecussions of that yet, but they will come

Are you serious. how did they even know who you were? I have all sorts of problems with them, but just haven't been able to find a suitable replacement.
