eSignal with IB data..

As far as I know, you have to subscribe to the eSignal data feed to use the eSignal charting software.

Look at www.sierrachart.com and www.neoticker.com for charting software that works with ib datafeed. I am using sierrachart as it uses the api instead of dde and is cheaper, infact it is free until they get their order system working.

What I see in that link is the eSignal subscription for eSignal data service and a plug in for IB.
Actually I'm already an eSignal data susbscriber but I want to know if is posible to feed the esignal charts with IB data. I want to set it up as a back up in a diferent computer with a different internet line.

-If you don't signup for IB exchange Data subscribtion,
can you trade those markets or not ? (I don't have

We don't currently allow any other 3p data source to populate eSignal charts and that would include IB. This has been requested by other users in the past so it's under consideration.

Is IB feed to Eurox market and other world wide
exchanges faster than Esignal?
I do understand that ESignal never goes down and
very reliable, but some say it lags IB by half to one
second. Is this valid?
