From an earlier post of mine which went ignored by support. I fight this every day, every time I look at a 30min chart and have no idea where the day began, every time I look at a 60min chart and have no idea where the day began, every time I look at a 120min chart and have no idea where the day began.....Originally posted by Magna
Don't know if anyone's noticed, but only shorter intraday timeframe charts have vertical (dotted) grid lines to delineate each day. No problem on 1min, 2min, 3min, 5min, 10min, 13min, and 15min. But on the longer timeframes like 30min, 60min, 120min there is no vertical grid line each day (only the beginning of each week) so your bars or candlesticks run into each other when one day ends and the next day begins. In short, during those "crossover" periods (which happen every day) you can't tell at a glance what day you're on!
) you have an excellent piece of charting software.Originally posted by Magna
