Esignal Volume Bars - Backfill?

Esignal seems to be only refreshing the last tw0 days on volume bars... Minute bars is three months. Is the a setting I'm missing? Time templates set to Auto.
 
I believe you can get up to 10 days of volume bars or any of the other intervals based on tick data. You can use a time template that is specific for volume bars to make sure you get the amount you want. You can leave it as Auto for the times, but make a user defined interval with V as the interval and set the number of days to 10.

Thanks. I was also using the continuous contract which only seems to go back two days.

Does anybody see a problem with the daily chart (Esignal) on the emini's. It seems to be missing today, showing afterhours data only.

Does it update later?
