I'm showing very similar charts assuming you use a Time Template to restrict the hours of the intraday chart to 6:00 - 13:00 (PT). The Open, High and Lows are all identical, but the closes are sometimes off by a penny. I'm guessing you're questioning that aspect of the chart, and I can say that it is normal.
The last trade at ~12:59:59, does not always equal the official close as sent by the exchange. The reason for this is that there are almost always a few trades that trickle in after the closing bell as specialists/ECNs are tidying up their books.
