eSignal trouble this morning?

Hi. Is anyone else noticing problems this morning with eSignal's feed on NYMEX May crude (CL K7)? It's running more than two minutes behind reality.

I'm really at the end of my rope with them. Excluding tradestation, neoticker and ninjatrader, what platforms are relatively easy for porting EFS scripts?

Any opinions on SierraChart vs. Ensign? I run tick charts for 12-15 futures products simultaneously. I trade short-term, so speed is critical. Also, I would need to convert three custom EFS indicators to the new scripting language.
