Esignal Tick Charts in Advanced?

In another thread someone mentioned using differnt length tick bars. I have looked through the help section on Advanced Charting and dont see how to get ticks on an advanced chart. Anybody help?
 
yup, just in the beta.... put your cursor anywhere in a chart window, then start typing - a box will appear. For SP's you could type ' ES #F' then in the bottom box, labelled ?? for the time duration, type in ' XX T' replace XX with your choice of number of ticks. Also can type '5 s' for example for 5 second bars.... or 2m if you want 2 minute etc.
