Probably not. The monitor's resolutions are bit different from each other. If you want to stretch an app across 2 or more monitors, best to have those be the same resolution.
There really shouldn't be any need to stretch out eSignal to another monitor. You can pop-out practically any window and then drag it to that 2nd monitor. All functionality should be present in those windows, and the pages / layouts all save popped out windows, their state and location.
