Esignal Software bad customer support

Shit! A short while ago, Esignal made some changes to the software.

Inadvertently, he messed up the time template X axis (the time that defines the start of the day).
He even messed up the ZB, ZN .... Y axis.

Since it is not life and death situation, I'd let other users
complain about this problem to Esignal.
Who knows, this user's life span will be shortened.

It seems like no one has complained to Esignal about the time template problem.

PS : If you see your charts suddenly disappear and reappear,
it means the Esignal s/w guy is making some software changes.

patience ..... patience ..... patience .....

oooohhhhmmmmmm .......

Is eSignal still around? :D Maybe ya should upgrade to something more modern.

If anyone know a good company with professional customer support to recommend in terms of charting software with real-time market data on major equities I would appreciate it. Thanks
Try dxFeed with Quantower.

It suits me quite well.

Not many charting s/w allows volume based candlesticks.
Also, many charting s/w only provide data feed from the US Exchanges.

Well. I just have to wait patiently for some Esignal users to throw stones / rotten eggs at Esignal.

As far as I know, Sierra, Multichart, Ninja, among others all offer volume candles. For example, here's the Quantower chart of time-based and volume-based superimposed (BTW I ain't affiliated with Quantower, I just like their SW.)

And as far as non-US data is concerned, it depends on your wallet. If you can pay for it, they will deliver. For instance, check out this link for dxFeed/Quantower.

dxFeed/Quantower has the usual US and limited European data feeds.
but no Asian Datafeed.

I think Sierra met my requirements.
Perhaps one day, I will explore alternative charting software again.

Shit! The problem is still not fixed.

Probably the customer base is very small. So ended up probability of users calling
HelpDesk is very slim.

Anyway, HelpDesk is only open a few hours a day.

It has been known that if you wait for many days/weeks,
the problem will simply disappear.

patience ..... patience ..... patience .....

wait for a year ..... wait for a year .....

oooohhhhmmmmmm .......
