eSignal refreshing charts

if i have a daily chart of ES #F=2 running before the 9:30 EST open, a new current day's bar won't start unless i do CTRL+click OK for that chart after 9:30. my time template is set to 24 hour. am i doing something wrong?

the other thing is... i thought i read somewhere that you can do the CTRL+OK for all charts at the same time. maybe i'm just imagining things, but is there a way to do that (refresh all charts at once)?

Your doing nothing wrong. It is a bug we are working on addressing hopefully by the release of 7.5.

I am not aware of a global refresh like that.

How does one learn about features like that Ctrl + click OK to refresh the chart in eSignal? I was restarting the application to refresh a chart up until now.

Is there a list of shortcut keys anywhere? I couldn't find one in the Website or anywhere else.

What does the =2 in ES #F=2 mean?

adding =2 will give you only data from 9:30 AM to 4:15 PM EST (no after hours data).
