Dear Subscriber:
According to our records, you are currently subscribing to one or all of the following U.S. Equities Exchanges: NYSE, NASDAQ Level I and AMEX. In order to off-set the high administration and network infrastructure costs associated with providing real-time data for each of these exchanges, we are increasing the monthly cost to access each of the U.S. equity exchanges via our service.
Effective June 1, 2006, we will be changing our fee structure for the NYSE, NASDAQ Level I and AMEX exchanges. The non-professional monthly fee for each of the U.S. equity exchanges will be increased by a nominal USD1.00 per month. The new monthly charge for each exchange will be USD2.00 per month, effective with your June billing cycle date.
If you have a pre-paid annual subscription, these new rates will take effect on the anniversary date of your annual subscription. If you would like to discontinue subscribing to any of these exchanges, please use Account Maintenance before June 1, 2006 or contact Customer Service.
To cancel any of these exchanges, please go to Account Maintenance (https://secure.esignal.com/maintenance.aspx) and click on Add/Cancel Product Services. Please note: You will need your username and password.
If you have any questions regarding this change, please let us know. We appreciate your continued business.
Sincerely,
