Esignal NYSE quotes lagging Tues (1/21) morning??

I had no COMPQ NDX and QMI data until 10am then I noticed the COMPQ quotes were lagging CNBC's bug.

There's a new beta out, beta 6. Maybe this build 513 is a problem.
