eSignal latest release has deleted candle border option - need users to request it back

The latest release of eSignal has deleted the option to add borders around each price candle. I use their charting and use a light background. The black border around each candle greatly increases the clarity of the chart. If you use eSignal for charting please use the "Request a Feature" under Support section to request that this feature be added back to the program's next release. I was told it will not be added back unless other users request it.

I can't help it. Gotta hear it. What was the reason for this change as explained by eSig tech support?

I hope that missing "feature" won't destroy your edge.

It's now lighter on their server. That black border utilized a lot of server memory...probably right around the corner of raising monthly subscription rates... ;-)

Or they solved all other problems in financial space. Now they are fine tuning...

They made lots of pointless but annoying small UI changes like that, so I reverted to the prior version using an exe I found linked somewhere in their knowledgebase. Last time I install a new version. After using the same UI for a decade, the last thing I want is an "upgrade".
