Anybody else having problems with corrupted data and missing data from esignal using tick data. I have enclosed a screen cap of the missing data. No tick data from yesterdays action and a allot of missing data on the market profile. Can I get some info from the CQG traders here via PM plz.

Even when you go on there mesage board and try to ask question they all say do a search and then research on how to fix the problem . The moderators say they arent employed by esignal and its not there job to teach you . I gave up trying to figure out how to make efs. I just pay some one to do it.

I really need to get my efs indicators converted to another company .
Esignal sucks .

Any word on someone who can convert efs to other platforms .

I was doing ok with mine.....
at least until I scrolled back a while...to check what you were saying.
Then the data totally disappeared altogether....had to restart eSig.
Ya gotta love it.

I'd say try to find out which platform you wanna use, and then ask for help in their support forum. Developers too should be able to point you to the right ppl.

esignal missing data has to do with the rollover of the futures contracts. I tested this and found this to be the problem. no missing data for the new M8 contract but missing data on the #F and previous H8 contracts. I have email esignal to tell them what the problem is.
