Esignal is so frustrating

I create 2 different spread symbols. Works fine. Charts fine.

Then I create another spread symbol using the 2 I created previously. Works fine until I go to chart the thing

I just simply get 'Req Sent.....'


Apparently I exceeded its computing power.
 
I still use QCharts, which hasn't improved under Esignal. If anything it's worse. Am I the only poor slob still using this stone of a tool?

Does anyone have a symbol for oil in QCharts? Using the CL08? doesn't work. I get the symbol up, but it only shows a quote about once every three weeks or so.

I need to get a better charting package - one with features that actually works - if anyone has any suggestions.

Interesting....I once was a user of QCharts.
So it appears ESignal bot them out only to reduce the competition and to move the user base to their base platform.
Wow, the market for trading software and tools is really dangerous right now.
