eSignal: How to zoom in/out without candles getting fatter

I'm having issues with eSignal when zooming in and out of my chart. The candle width isn't rescaling properly. This is what the chart looks like after I zoom out (the candles get so fat relative to the zoom):

Is there a way to fix this, without manually rescaling the candles (using Shift+MouseWheel) each time we zoom?

Call their tech support or post your question at their forum.

I remember this problem a long time ago when I use to subscribe to them...it was an easy fix but I can't remember what was done. Also, I'm sure it was an earlier version than what you're currently using.

Thus, not even sure it would be applicable to the current version.

Regardless, contact them directly.

Sounds like a malfunction;
my esignal never did that-even though my esignal intraday charts went out + I had to rake off a profit off 1 month chart/bid ask.
I print plenty of charts...………………………………………………………………………………….
