eSignal has gone downhill

You know, the eSignal guy (can't recall his name) used to come on here and defend this product and talk about what the company was/is doing to fix things.

Notice he's conspicuous in his absence...

I have been experiencing frequent quote freezes. My charts also take a lot longer to load. This has been happening everyday for over a month. Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions?

Gotta agreed that something has happened to esignal lately and it has turned to junk. Looking at CQG and have been impressed so far. Also, looking at DTN IQFEED and using it with some charting software but can't find many that I like. But, I will have to keep esignal around for its TAS since I can't find anything that comes to close to it. I can look up any print from any stock from any day on esignal but other software seems to ignore TAS.

Maybe they are also outsourcing their support to India. It sounds about the same level of support you'll get out of Indian support people.
