If you do a title search using 'esignal problems' as the search terms, you'll see that eSignal has been telling its customers that 'we are working on the problems' and 'we are adding new servers' and 'we acknowledge that there have been issues' for the past 5 years. eSignal is an overpriced piece of crap. DTN/IQ is also not ready for prime time but there is no reason to pay eSignal's ridiculous fees for their crap data when you could pay half that to DTN/IQ.Quote from eSignal Support:
