eSignal Eurex feed DOWN

I just got a mail from them announcing a price increase:

'Effective December 1, 2005, the eSignal Basic annual prepay rate will be increased. Your new annual rate will be $708 per year.....'

Old rate was 588$ thats an increase of 20 percent! If issues continue i wont renew my subscriptions.
 
I don't understand why people continue to put up with this. Shitty products and increase in pricing.

My uncle has had Esignal since Quotrek, I think like 20 years or so and even he has had enough and will be leaving at the end of is contract.

There are way to many options to be treated like this.

Why I stay with eSignal:

Data on demand. If I want to pull up history on an instrument, I merely have to type the symbol and timeframe. Voila. I can even get data on exchanges I am not subscribed to, via delayed data packages, for a small fee. I have not found this capability anywhere else combined with eSignal's data coverage. When the data is compromised however, it's a pain.
 
I agree with you, Esignal is pretty good for some things but after being nickle and dimed to death I got angry and refuse to pay them a dime.

The regional fee is what did it for me.
