eSignal Eurex feed DOWN

I don't understand why anyone uses that service. I use IB with Ensign and have not once had a data problem. Yes it's lackign some of the tools but for 45 bucks vs. 225 it's by far a better deal.

I junked eSignal for Sierra charts/TWS. Best decision I made. Saved myself USD3-400/month and got real realtime data.

I just refused to put up with such a high price for such a low grade service.

Looks like anytime a market opens, eSignal crashes.

8:00 = Bonds,
9:00 = Stock index futures.

Yes, for the last 2 days eSignal Eurex feed has been a total mess....they told me yesterday that it would be fixed for today's open, but it wasn't....
