Esignal EFS

why would anyone code in EFS?
Are there any advantages to EFS over Easylanguage?

It is obviously more cumbersome (WAY MORE) than EL but I am left wondering why anyone would use EFS over EL?
Any comments?

EL is much easier to understand and program. I have a programming background and picked it up quickly.

EFS is more difficult to program and understand but I think it may be more powerful than EL. I wouldn't recommend for a new trader unless you already know how to program.

I'm also interested if anyone can give the details on what EFS can do which EL can't.

Good Luck!

I just finished reading a book that contained alot of efs code and it was at least 5 times the space of EL.

Someone please enlighten us.

Thanks.

Both EL and EFS are proprietary scripting language
Each Scripting language has source language

Now, in term of Scripting language itself, EL is many times
better enhanced, so more powerful to use than EFS.

I might be wrong, this is my impression, Someone please
correct me

Do you mean the EFS code of each function or strategy was
5 times lenghtier than EL code?

If so, I know EFS always can be lenghtier, but may be twice,
not five times more

EL runs on TS platform, EFS on eSignal platform, then if you have eSignal you will not use EL but EFS.
Or am I missing something here?
