Parts of it, maybe. But if you are nice, polite and no longer demanding, Alex, who knows everything about everything, just might help you. Try using the words 'Please' and 'Thank you', they work wonders!

Alex does not work for eSignal. He helps polite people out of the kindness of his heart. But those with an attitude lose out.
