eSignal Chart Problems

I am having problems with eSignal intraday charts not working.

Even before the market opens the charts do not fill in or fill in extremely slow.

Has anyone else had this problem?

eSignal web site says everything is normal which for me simply is not the case.

I am running v7.4 on win2000.

Maybe it is just my machine, but I personally think eSignal servers are totally screwed up!

Everytime I talk to eSignal I get customer support person who isn't very helpfull.

How can I solve the slow chart problems?

Sorry but I don't see any solutions on that thread - just 2 people reporting issues and you asking for a way to contact them.

I too have had problems with the 1 minute $SPX not updating on several occasions until I closed the application/reopened - but the ES charts I have open on the same eSignal Page are okay. I emailed yesterday morning for help but still a reply is still pending.

I think Jayf_esignal need you to PM username, so he can log
trough your username and see where and why that feed is slow?
