As usual, it seems nobody bothered to verify before jumping on the bandwagon. I see no evidence of those charges in the current price list on the web site.
Ask yourself why they would charge $155 (which almost nobody would pay) instead of the actual pass-through rate. Does it make any sense? Do you know of any data source that routinely marks up exchange fees significantly (and has any customers)?
