eSignal and SSFs

Today (11-18) is supposed to be the launch of OneChicago's SSF data on esignal. I enetered the symbol format as MSFT1C Z2-1C and am getting nothing.

Anyone from esig out there who can clear things up?

Correction:

You'll need to update your account to gain access to SSF. You'll be able to add this new service anytime AFTER 6:00 pm PT today.

Hey esignal support. Whats with that $50 surcharge for Levell 11? No wonder a lot of people prefer Qcharts. Your new charting is ok but it is just catching up to what Qcharts already had and as long as the price is close its a tossup but for anybody wanting Level 11 its no contest. Pretty dumb policy.

My quote window is showing the proper bid-offer-last, etc but I can't get any candles - all blank regardless of timeframe.

My candles in my advanced charts are working. Was looking at BAC1C Z2-1C Bank of America SSFutures + 66.62 1 66.63 21 66.70 20 66.86 66.04 66.53 66.82 -0.20 50 257 8:22 Nov19 66.62 ONE
and they're fine but the volume is 50 so they're kind of scattered.
