Prices are supposed to come down, not go up, especially when the quality of product remains the same or gets worse

Next month they will be adding the "bad tick" fee -- every time they send a bad tick via their data feed they'll charge you $1. Thank goodness QCharts doesn't have the bad tick fee or I'd go broke....

The Exchange fees went up for CBOT and CME on as of 1/1.

but why an additional admin fee?

i have asked esignal why they charge a premium admin fee for futures data and they could never give a valid reason. they just stated 'extra admin costs with futures data' ( i think it was chuck from e-signal who posts here who said that

nobody else charges an admin fee

what extra costs are there in supplying futures prices v stock prices? (other than exchange fees - set by the exchange)

esignal suck.

their products suck (im an ex-futuresource user)

their data sucks

their admin fee sucks.

bad trade kids.
